They are passionate about learning, and they’re a self-starter. They trust me and are willing to act on whatever I give them to do and practice.
Because they’re fully committed and invested, they’re willing to ignore everything else and everybody else to solely learn from me - that way they’re focused, not overwhelmed, and they’re growing the fastest they possibly can without actually practicing a ton.
They’re willing to take risks - to face their fears - to play with others and put themselves out there. They know that by doing the hard things, they’ll master the instrument and reach their dreams.
